Cultural Arts Workshop: Dynamic Self-Portraits - Celebrate Diversity

This past week, our 4th and 5th-grade art students immersed themselves in a fantastic Cultural Arts workshop: Dynamic Self-Portraits: Celebrate Diversity!

Led by husband and wife art team, Anna Podris and Keith Norval, each student designed a wooden circle featuring a self-portrait on one side and a flag from a country of their choice on the other. These vibrant creations beautifully represent their unique identities and global connections.

We couldn't have done it without the dedication of our incredible volunteers. A huge thank you to Honey Patel, Randi Jones, Laura Olson, and Pauline Williams for helping bring this project to life!
